 Arches/Spens Final Event  - SPENS and ARCHES are projects within the European Commission's 6th Framework Programme focussing on issues related to the New member States and Candidate Countries. The Final Seminar, a mix of keynote presentations and parallel sessions, will focus primarily on the development, assessment, and end results of each respective project. The event will take place at the Austria Trend Hotel, Ljubljana, August 27th-29th, 2009. INVITATION
