Fifth Symposium on Strait Crossings - 

Progress in the field of strait crossings depends on international cooperation.The symposium on strait crossings is an important tool in this respect serving as an arena to share knowledge and experience. Today in Norway, there are 26 sub sea road tunnels, about 60 bridges longer than 500 m and about 100 ferry connections along the coast. The Fifth Symposium on Strait Crossings is organized by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and SINTEF, the largest research institution in Norway.
